The Experience Behind Groway
Groway Digital was founded on Beyza Nur Başoğlu’s 13+ years of experience in software, product management, e-commerce and digital growth.
Beyza Nur Başoğlu is a Computer Engineering graduate from Bilkent University. She spent the first 8 years of her career at TÜBİTAK. as a project manager and full stack developer. She worked directly on the technical infrastructure, product development and user experience of some of Turkey’s largest education and academic platforms, including the FATİH Projesi, DergiPark and TR Dizin She also took part in the development of DergiPark’s long-standing website and interface.
She later worked as a project manager for a U.S.-based e-commerce company. During this period, she was involved not only in software and Shopify development, but also in e-commerce operations, SEO, ad management, content strategy and digital growth. When the company could not get the expected results from agencies, she became more involved in the marketing process and contributed to the brand’s growth with data-driven campaigns.
Over the years, she has worked directly with Shopify stores, e-commerce brands, corporate web projects and businesses expanding into new markets. Her experience covers projects in Turkey, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
This experience led to the foundation of Groway Digital .
