As a Computer Engineer, I started my career as a software developer (full-stack developer) and project manager in corporate and academic projects. I worked at TÜBİTAK (Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council), where I focused on software development, interface design, and SEO optimization.
Afterwards, I worked in-house at two different international e-commerce companies. I developed large-scale solutions on the Shopify platform and contributed to these companies' expansion into different markets.
One of the companies I worked for was handling their digital marketing services through a large agency. Unfortunately, due to standard solutions and poor communication, they weren't achieving the digital success they expected. At this point, trusting in my technical expertise, they asked me to get involved in the digital marketing side as well. This is how my digital marketing journey began.
Through the experience I gained there, I realized that with my technical perspective from engineering and solution-focused approach, I could provide real value not just to a single company, but to many businesses. And that's how Groway Digital was born.
Today, we offer web design, software development, SEO, Google Ads, and e-commerce solutions with a small but competent team. The greatest strength that being a small team gives us is the ability to focus on every project with all its details. We take ownership of every job and work until we achieve the best results.

About Me
Hi, I'm Beyza Nur Başoğlu. I'm a graduate of Bilkent University Computer Engineering. I was born in 1990 and spent the first 8 years of my career at TÜBİTAK as a project manager and software developer (full stack developer). During this time, I contributed to some of Turkey's largest educational and academic projects. Fatih Mobile Project, JournalPark and TR Dizin, heavily used by academics - I built their technical infrastructure and managed their projects. The website that DergiPark still uses today is a system I supported in developing. The interface I designed is still being used unchanged.
These projects played a major role in developing my abilities in data-driven thinking and building large-scale systems.
"Later, I received an offer from an e-commerce brand in America to work as a project manager. While developing software there, I had the opportunity to closely learn about e-commerce management and the dynamics of digital marketing. Since the company I worked for wasn't getting the desired results from marketing agencies I also got involved in the marketing side. In a short time, I built a team and prepared strategic growth plans, achieving significant results with successful campaigns. This experience inspired me to combine my technical perspective with marketing.
To date, I have worked individually with more than 15 Shopify stores, e-commerce companies, and corporate projects. Each had different goals, but they shared common challenges: They were looking for reliable solutions and a trustworthy partner.
With this experience, I founded Groway Digital. My goal is to provide businesses with all the tools they need to grow in the digital world and deliver real results. Today, we are no longer alone. Together with a specialized team in SEO, Google Ads, Shopify, and corporate web design, we provide one-on-one support to businesses. We show the same care for each project and create a unique growth strategy for each brand.
