  • The user guarantees that they hold the copyrights to all content used in the project (texts, images, logos, etc.). In case of copyright infringement, all responsibility lies with the user.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Web Design Services:

  • For web design projects, 50% of the total fee is required as an advance payment. Work will not commence until this payment is received.
  • The remaining 50% is collected before the design is completed and delivered.
  • In Case of Cancellation:
    • If the project is canceled after the initial payment, the work completed will not be delivered and the payment will not be refunded.
    • If the project is canceled before any payment is made, no fee will be charged.

SEO and Google Ads Services:

  • SEO and Google Ads services are provided under monthly contracts.
  • The full monthly fee is collected during the first week of each month. Service does not begin until payment is received.
  • Monthly services can only be canceled for the upcoming month. Payments for a month already started are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

Groway Digital,all designs, content, code structures, and materials created are the intellectual property of Groway Digital through Privacy Policy They cannot be copied, used in other projects for commercial purposes, or transferred to third parties without permission. 6. Intellectual Property

  • Groway Digital, All designs, content, code structures, and materials created by Groway Digital remain the intellectual property of Groway Digital. They may not be copied, used in other projects for commercial purposes, or transferred to third parties without explicit permission.

For Web Design Projects:

  • Once a web design is delivered, all usage rights of the website are transferred to the client. The client is free to use the website for their commercial activities.
  • Website materials (such as text, images, etc.) may be used by the client for commercial needs (e.g., business cards, brochures, social media content).
  • Limitation: Limitation: Special templates, code structures, or design elements used in the web design may only be used within the scope of the delivered project. These elements cannot be reproduced or reused in other projects for commercial purposes.

For SEO & Google ADS Services:

  • All data obtained as a result of SEO and Google Ads services (reports, keyword research, campaign results) belong to the client.
  • The special strategies, methods, and tools used by Groway Digital remain the intellectual property of Groway Digital and may not be copied without permission.

Copyright and Liability:

  • The client guarantees that they own the copyrights to all materials used in the project or have permission to use them. The client assumes all legal and financial responsibility for any copyright infringement.

Intellectual Property Transfer Requests:

  • If the client wishes to acquire all intellectual property rights related to the web design, an additional fee may be applied. Such requests are governed by a written agreement at the beginning of the project.
